Vehicle Thermal Management Systems Conference and Exhibition - Call for Papers
15-19 May 2011
Heritage Motor Centre,Gaydon, Warwickshire, UK

If you work in this field and think others may be interested in your way of working or the technology being developed, why not share your knowledge and expertise by producing and presenting a paper.

The first step is to produce an abstract of your proposed paper. This needs to outline what you will talk about, in no more than 250 words. Your abstract should be written in English and include your name, paper title and affiliations. The deadline for abstracts is 18 June 2010.

Please send them, with full contact details, to Stephanie Love at s_love@imeche.org.

The organising committee will select authors and invite them to submit a draft paper of up to 4,000 words. The deadline for draft papers is 26 November 2010.

The Committee will consider all draft papers submitted and all papers will be referred by two independent reviewers; final acceptance will depend on the contents of the final manuscript and receipt by 25 February 2011. All conference papers should be written and presented in English. Authors are required to attend the conference to present their work. Presenting authors enjoy a substantial reduction in the registration fee. However the Institution will not be able to reimburse any travel or accommodation expenses.

All accepted papers will be published on a USB stick with an accompanying book of abstracts available to all conference delegates. All papers will be in full colour on the CD and will also appear on the ECO (Engineering Conference Online) website http://eco.pepublishing.com. Papers will be available on ECO on a pay per view basis directly after the conference and on a free access basis after three months.
